Austin really bailed us out. Radiator hose busted while we were in town for daughter's soccer game. Very affordable and super quick. Had us back on the road in no time instead of spending multiple nights and leaving with shop...thank you!

Called Gary to help my mom and them out as they were traveling through, Gary sent his son to access even though they had told him which fuel line and sent pictures of it as well (they are mechanically inclined) they paid them $75 with a plan to get the parts from a local warehouse and then come back the “first thing” the next morning to replace it. They started reaching out at 8:00 in the morning as they were stuck with no water or power in their RV where they had to sleep off the side of the interstate Gary didn’t answer their phone calls, text messages and at one point they believe he was actually ignoring their phone calls as it would ring once and go to voicemail. This led us to believe they were being stood up and other arrangements were made to have the truck hauled back to east Texas via hotshot. At approx. 1:45 in the afternoon Gary finally reached back out and said they were fixing to head that way, when informed he didn’t answer their phone calls or texts and they gave him several hours that other arrangement were made. Mr. Anderson is top notch. Very professional and went above and beyond for my family needs. Summary: My family had an unexpected death in the family and my father rushed down from Michigan in hopes to be with family for services. He came in his old truck with only prayer... On his return he was forced to stop in Arkansas due to metal on metal grinding. Through sheer luck and blessings, God put my Father in the Anderson Family path... They have helped my Father's situation beyond expectations. I highly recommend this organization... They are the foundation of what the highest quality customer service and support, I pray they receive the blessings they provide with success and continued service. Very disappointed with communication from Gary. Called him first thing Monday morning and explained my car issues. He stated he would be out later Monday afternoon. He even stated he would pick up the part prior to coming out. After no update on a time I reached out to him just after 3pm and he responded that he would still make it out to me same day. Monday evening I had to call him again for an update as it was getting later in the evening. I spoke with him and he stated that his son had to stop working due to the heat and that he could still try to come out late Monday evening. I told him to go home and get rest because I wanted them to be safe more than my car being fixed. He was appreciative and stated he would be by Tuesday for sure. Tuesday comes around and I reach out to him to see what time and he advised he still had not completed the job from the day prior. (Why tell me you will be out Tuesday if you knew you were still behind from Monday?) Due to being in a tough spot and needing my vehicle fixed ASAP I still gave him the benefit of the doubt and said sure Tuesday afternoon is fine. DONT GO TO THIS SPOT!!!!I got a new hub put on. Wrong hub. I have a 4x2 and he didn’t check the $144 part so I have a 4x4 hub on a 4x2 that doesn’t fit. My mechanic found the vibration. Austin(little rock mobile mechanic) told me I had a bad ball joint. No boot and no grease. Found the boot in the trash. Found the ball joint snap ring on the top of the ball joint as you can see. ABS sensor is wrapped around the wrong spot. 800 dollars. This is what my real mechanic found and I got it fixed by Walkers Automotive. Keep the money you stole. Not worth my time to sue
